We're looking for a creative, organized, efficient individual to join our learning and development team!

Assists the Talent Management and Training Department with the administration duties associated with individual, team, department and bank wide learning and development as directed by the Talent Development Officer. Responsible for taking and prioritizing all inquiries for the department and responding as necessary. Must have strong written and oral communication skills as this position is often communicating on behalf of others and/or coordinating events between multiple departments. Must be flexible and willing to change directions as necessary as this is a very fluid department focused on helping others achieve success. High level of professionalism and confidentiality is a must.

Because Training and Talent Development reside within the HR department, this role may also assist with some HR administration tasks as necessary.
