We looking for a motivated, goal oriented individual to add to our Trust and Executive Assistant team.

This position is a mix of Trust and Executive assistant job duties. Because this position is specific to the needs of the CEO, President, and other Executives, it must be located at the main bank in Ogallala, NE. Candidates with para-legal experience are preferred.

In addition to trust duties outlined in the job description, this position is also the first point of contact for the CEO/President and ensures that all contact is professional and handled at a high level. Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls. Coordinates schedules and makes appointments.

Composes and types accurate and well-written correspondence including memos, letters, mailings and file comments. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

Assists in reviewing, editing and coordinating legal documents, contracts, Real Estate Rental and Sales Agreements.

Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.

Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered accordingly. Organizes and maintains file systems. Conducts research on file history in preparation for client meetings or in response to auditor inquiries.
